Selling conditions:
- This price list in force since May 2018 cancels and replaces the previous ones. Price changes are possible without notice;
- PRICES: are in euros and VAT or rate present in the country of reference and excluded, at the time of shipment the current rate will be applied;
- MINIMUM ORDER: the minimum order is 50 euros after tax;
- SHIPPING and TRANSPORT: shipments can be made by courier, specify the method chosen when ordering. A relative amount will be communicated to you, the goods travel at the customer's risk
- PAYMENTS: the payments are intended as cash on delivery or through advance payment;
- RETURNS: in case of returns, the authorization of the headquarters is essential, returns are not accepted after 8 days from the receipt of the goods, the returned items must not have been used and must present the original packaging intact, the returned goods will be replaced and in no case will cash refunds be made;
- WARRANTY: all machines and equipment are covered by a warranty under the law for 12 months, unless otherwise specified;
- VARIATIONS IN PRICES: prices and offers are valid while stocks last and can change without notice;
- SALES: sales are considered made by correspondence and regulated by the relative rules;
- CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE: in the event of force majeure we will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery;
- STOCK: in the case of shipments and cash on delivery, if the goods are not picked up by the buyer, the shipping and storage costs will be borne by him.
- COMPETENCES: the Lanciano court will be competent for any controversy, in whose district the municipality of Casoli (CH) is the registered office of the company.
The buyer declares to know and specifically approve the following conditions contained in the General Conditions of Sale pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code: Article 6, Article 8, Article 11 and Article 12.
