Which courier will handle the delivery of the goods? Our products travel with BRT (Bartolini express courier) for shipments in Italy or with DHL for national and international shipments. We reserve the right to choose the courier based on the type of shipment.

Can I return one or more items?
You can return the items you don't need only if they are intact and in their original packaging up to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The refund takes place within 5 working days with the issuance of a credit note and following the return of the item with shipping paid by the customer.

Can I replace one or more items?
The replacement can be made for products under warranty that present defects and malfunctions at the time of purchase. For the withdrawal of the item you can contact us up to 15 days from receipt of the ordered goods. In the event of malfunctions or defects, the costs and collection are charged to the company. In the event that the replacement is due to an error in the choice, the costs for the collection are charged to the customer.
